In addition to the Principals constituting the core executive team for OMMA, the Company has available a cadre of Technical Specialists, nationally and internationally, who work with OMMA on a variety of projects. Collectively this cadre of highly regarded professionals spans the spectrum of skills and experience necessary for cost-effective development and management of hospitals and other facilities on a worldwide basis.

These Technical Specialists are utilized on a project-by-project basis. Their skills encompass a wide variety of expertise, including but not limited to, Finance and Accounting, Architecture and Design, Clinical Research and Professional Education, Insurance and Actuarial Analysis, Management Information Systems, Public Relations and Marketing, Supply and Distribution Systems, Foundation Development, Cultural Awareness, and Economic Analysis. In addition, OMMA contracts with individuals having expertise and experience within specific hospital departments, such as Laboratory, Radiology, Dietary, Medical Records, and Pharmacy among others.

OMMA also works closely with a number of individuals who are experts in the Standards and Guideline of the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and its sister organization, the Joint Commission International (JCI). Many of the Technical Specialists are individuals with strong backgrounds in Hospital and Healthcare Administration who are available to serve in international management and administration roles either on a locum tenens basis or a longer term assignment.
