PROJECT APPROACH :
The development of comprehensive, cost-effective health care systems must be ultimately based on the objective of achieving the highest quality of patient care as measured by key outcome criteria as per "U.S. Standards of Care". OMMA is structured to meet this challenge by involving experienced professional healthcare management and technical resources having the knowledge and expertise to advance project development as a total systems process. Success in this approach requires the involvement of physicians, healthcare personnel, medical insurance and managed care organizations, private businesses in the market area, and community business leaders. From the very beginning of the project's development, the participation of these groups ensures that the process properly addresses the unique economic, cultural, and political aspects of the community.
The total commitment to a team approach in all phases of project development makes OMMA unique in the international, as well as the domestic, healthcare field. This is best reflected by the fact that all projects have a dedicated Project Director for purposes of sustaining continuity, quality control, and long-term project accountability. Even more unique is the fact that each project leader must be an OMMA principal core executive.
EXECUTIVE TEAM :
The team of OMMA executives constituting the principal resource core for project development has collectively over 150 years of domestic and international experience in healthcare planning, development, management, and physician recruitment. Of special importance is the team’s significant hands-on experience in such areas as Mexico, Central and South America, the Middle East, Africa, the Asian Subcontinent, Europe, and the Pacific-Rim. Their demonstrable knowledge and sensitivity to the cultural values of each country and/or region contributes significantly to making each project a success. In addition, OMMA maintains a national and international cadre of highly regarded healthcare professionals available on a project-by-project basis.
